12 DAYS OR CHRISTMAS: Gingerbread Pancakes

Gingerbread Pancakes are the perfect way to get that classic holiday flavor on Christmas morning. #gingerbread #gingerbreadpancakes #pancakerecipes #pancakes

Gingerbread is such a classic holiday flavor that just screams “It’s Christmas Time”! I love making Gingerbread cookies every year. It’s another one of those must-haves every Christmas season. I decided to take a different take on the gingerbread flavor this year and turn that classic spicy flavor into a brunch dish.

Whether you are having Christmas brunch with friends or breakfast on Christmas morning, this is the perfect recipe JUST for that.

These Gingerbread pancakes are super fluffy and have just the right amount of spice. Add whipping cream and dust with cinnamon, dust with powdered sugar or pour on the maple syrup. You cant’t go wrong.
