Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg and allspice together in a large bowl.
In a smaller bowl, add buttermilk, molasses, egg and vanilla and whisk to combine.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and fold until just combined.
Heat a griddle or large pan over medium-high heat and spray with cooking spray.
Scoop about 1/4 - 1/2 cup of batter onto griddle and cook for 2-3 minutes or until edges start to bubble.
Flip pancakes and cook the other side for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Serve immediately.
