I love Eggnog. It’s a holiday must. Maybe I love it more because it’s only available 2 months out of the year at best. Or maybe it’s just delicious. Either way, I love it and it’s something I have to incorporate into my holiday baking. Whether it’s Eggnog Truffles, Eggnog Pie or Eggnog French Toast Casserole for breakfast, I am adding it to whatever I can. This year I decide to make a cake. A bundt cake feels very nostalgic and southern and perfect for any type of gathering over the holidays.
