All the flavors of Thanksgiving in one main dish.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a loaf pan with foil.
Mix together ketchup, dry mustard and 1/4 cup cranberry sauce in a small bowl. Set aside.
Mix together ground turkey, egg, saltines, garlic, salt, thyme, parsley, rosemary, onion powder, garlic pepper and ketchup/cranberry mixture in a large bowl.
Transfer mixture to a loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour.
Mix together remaining cranberry sauce and brown sugar.
Spread mixture on top of meatloaf and cook for another 10-15 minutes or turn your broiler on for a few minutes to get the topping caramelized.
