Cut a melon in half - I used cantaloupe.

Use a melon baller and scoop out balls of cantaloupe.

Tear the prosciutto slice in half and fold back and forth.

Slide the prosciutto onto a skewer or toothpick, than the mozzarella ball, than the cantaloupe.

Once you place all the skewers on a platter, sprinkle with cilantro.
