Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Unroll the crescent roll dough and smash the perforations together.

Use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut skinny strips (about 1/4") out of crescent roll dough.

Wrap each strip around a smoked sausage. Place on baking sheet

Bake mummies for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
