Breakfast Cookies

Adapted from Better Homes & Gardens

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons fat free milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Prepare cookie sheets by covering with parchment and preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Stir together banana, peanut butter, honey, milk and vanilla together in a larger bowl.

  3. In another bowl, mix oats, while wheat flour, cinnamon and baking soda together.

  4. Stir dry mixture into banana mixture until just combined.

  5. Fold cranberries into mixture.

  6. Use a large ice cream scoop to scoop dough onto prepared pans a few inches apart.

  7. Bake for 15-16 minutes or until cookies are slightly browned.

  8. Cool on a wire rack.
