Prepare cookie sheets by covering with parchment and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Stir together banana, peanut butter, honey, milk and vanilla together in a larger bowl.
In another bowl, mix oats, while wheat flour, cinnamon and baking soda together.
Stir dry mixture into banana mixture until just combined.
Fold cranberries into mixture.
Use a large ice cream scoop to scoop dough onto prepared pans a few inches apart.
Bake for 15-16 minutes or until cookies are slightly browned.
Cool on a wire rack.
