Today we are continuing our “Bacon week” with a little bit different twist. You probably would think rosemary and pecans at first for bacon flavors, but let me tell you….this bacon is delicious. Blake ate up every piece. It’s earthy and herb-y and crunchy. Those all sound like good things to me!
I can’t stress enough how much I LOVE to cook bacon on a pan in the oven. It literally is so easy and you don’t deal with all that grease flying everywhere. For recipes like these specialty bacon flavors, it is kind of a must to keep your bacon coated, but I would do it with just regular bacon, too. That way you can focus on the eggs or not burning the toast while your bacon is cooking away perfectly in the ol’ oven. That my special tip for the day!
