Rosemary & Pecan Bacon

Cook Time 40 minutes
Servings 12 slices

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans finely chopped
  • 6 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons rosemary chopped
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 slices bacon
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a cookie sheet by lining it with foil and placing a cooling rack on top. Spray the cooling rack with cooking spray.

  2. In a small bowl, stir chopped pecans, brown sugar, rosemary and black pepper together.

  3. Pour mixture into a shallow dish and dredge each bacon slice in the mixture, making sure to really adhere the pecans to each slice.

  4. Lay each slice on the prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
