DIY: Message Pumpkins

Here is another ridiculously easy DIY to do this year. Life is busy with young kids, but I don’t want to miss out on the joys of crafting during the holidays. I may not have the time to paint elaborate pumpkins like I once did, but today’s DIY can be done quickly and easy and also has so many uses.

I chose to make fun Halloween pumpkins to decorate the house with, but here are a couple other ways to use them:

1 . Use them as placecard holders. You can spell out guest’s name on each pumpkin and place on top of the plates as their place setting. They could take them home at the end of the night.

2. You could spell out the work “thankful” to make Thanksgiving pumpkins.

3. You could use them at a dinner party and write the names of each dish being served.

So many ways you can use this super easy DIY this fall season.

Supples You Need:

Plastic Pumpkins
Spray Paint (I used black & white)
Letter Stickers

Instructions:

STEP 1: Spray Paint Pumpkins whatever color you want the letters to be. You could by white pumpkins and totally skip this step, but the ones I bought were orange, so I had to spray paint them white first.

STEP 2: Spell out the words you want to use using the letter stickers.

STEP 3: Spray Paint the pumpkins the color you want them to be. I used black.

Costumes for your crew.
(All the characters they�re obsessed with.)

STEP 4: Peel off the stickers.
