My mom starting making these muffins years and years ago and makes them for my husband every time we visit. Sometimes I decide to be a good wife and make them for him other times. There one of his favorite thing and yet one of the easiest, go-to breakfast items to make. Annnddd, they are basically a sausage ball in muffin form. Who doesn’t want that??

Recipe:
STEP 1: Brown sausage in a large skillet.
STEP 2: Drain it on some paper towels and let it cool.
STEP 3: Combine Bisquick, sausage and cheddar cheese in a large bowl.
STEP 4: Mix soup and water together.
STEP 5: Make a well in the center of the Bisquick mixture.
STEP 6: Pour the cheese soup mixture into the center of the well and mix up lightly with a spoon until just combined.
STEP 7: Divide batter among a muffin pan.
STEP 8: Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Sausage Muffins
Ingredients
- 3 cups Bisquick
- 1 lb sausage
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 3/4 cup water
Instructions
