Sausage Muffins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Bisquick
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 3/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Brown sausage in a large skillet.

  2. Drain it on some paper towels and let it cool.

  3. Combine Bisquick, sausage and cheddar cheese in a large bowl.

  4. Mix soup and water together.

  5. Make a well in the center of the Bisquick mixture.

  6. Pour the cheese soup mixture into the center of the well and mix up lightly with a spoon until just combined.

  7. Divide batter among a muffin pan.

  8. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
