Brown sausage in a large skillet.
Drain it on some paper towels and let it cool.
Combine Bisquick, sausage and cheddar cheese in a large bowl.
Mix soup and water together.
Make a well in the center of the Bisquick mixture.
Pour the cheese soup mixture into the center of the well and mix up lightly with a spoon until just combined.
Divide batter among a muffin pan.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
