Can we all agree that Mocktails are having a moment. It seems like all the hot restaurants I have been to in the last year have had a substantial ‘Mocktail’ menu. I love the idea of a Mocktail as I am don’t really partake in the alcoholic drinks (other than the occasional Whiteclaw). It also takes me back to my days of being a kid and mixing all the coke flavors together (yes, I am from the south….it’s all coke), also known as a ‘suicide’ which is probably not an appropriate term now. It was the 80’s, though. I used to try to make special drinks at home and remember adding in lemon juice (from the bottle kind) into different drinks I would make.
I decided to try out virgin versions — say that 3 times fast — of all the most popular drinks and let me tell you they all turned out pretty great. So, today I bring you the ultimate guide to all things non-alcoholic.
