Adapted from Creme De La Crumb
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and line a cooking sheet with foil. Spray foil with cooking spray.
Pour oil over the cauliflower in a large bowl and toss until coated.
Transfer to a ziplock bag and add cornstarch. Seal the bag and shake to coat.
Pour the cauliflower onto the prepared pan and bake for 15-20 minutes. After baking, turn the dial to broil and broil for 3-4 minutes or until cauliflower is slighlty browned.
Make the sauce by adding sugar, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion salt and ketchup to a saucepan.
Heat sauce over medium high heat and bring to a boil.
Mix cornstarch and 2 tablespoons cold water in a small bowl. Add to the boiling sauce and stir until it has thickened a bit. Reduce heat to low until cauliflower is ready.
Transfer cooked cauliflower to a large bowl and add sauce. Toss to combine.
Garnish with herbs or green onions.
