Sausage Balls

A Classic Southern Treat for any and every party!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 1/4 cup Bisquick

Instructions

  1. Shred cheddar cheese and allow cream cheese to come to room temperature.

  2. Prepare a cookie sheet be covering in aluminum foil and spraying with cooking spray.

  3. Pour all the ingredients into a bowl.

  4. Mix until everything is incorporated.

  5. Roll a small amount into a ball, about 1", and place on prepared pan.

  6. Bake sausage balls at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
