Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together oats, almonds and pumpkin seeds.
In a medium bowl, mix pumpkin puree, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, ginger, nutmeg and cloves together.
Pour the pumpkin mixture over the oat/nut mixture and stir until well blended and oats are completely coated.
Spread oats out onto your prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, stirring ever 20 minutes.
Toss cranberries into baked granola. Let cool completely.
