Your New Favorite Pesto Recipe made with Garlic-Infused Oil and a Mix of Pine Nuts & Walnuts!

Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 3/4 cup garlic-infused olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Add pine nuts and walnuts to the baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes. Let cool.

  3. Transfer the nuts to a food processor. Add cheese and garlic cloves and pulse until combined and finely ground.

  4. Add the basil and put the top back on the food processor.

  5. Turn on the food processor and slowly pour the oil in the top. Pulse until smooth.

  6. Add salt & pepper and pulse a couple of times to combine.
