Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 2/3 cups peanut butter
  • 1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow creme
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line a 9x13 inch pan with foil and butter it well.

  2. Using a large saucepan, add sugar, butter and evaporated milk and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.

  3. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

  4. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter.

  5. Add marshmallow creme and vanilla and beat until well blended.

  6. Spread mixture into prepared pan and allow to cool

  7. Cut into desired shape.
