Lemon Rosemary Chex Mix

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons rosemary minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups corn chex
  • 2 cups wheat chex
  • 2 cups rice chex
  • 1 cup whole almonds
  • 1 cup parmesan-flavored oyster crackers

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large microwavable bowl on high for 40 seconds or until butter is melted.
  2. Stir in rosemary, lemon zest, garlic powdeR and salt until well incorporated.

  3. Mix in all the different cereals, almonds and crackers.
  4. Microwave on high 5-6 minutes. Stir every 2 minutes.
  5. Spread onto a cookie sheet and allow it to cool.
