Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Prepare cookie sheet by lining it with foil and placing a cooling rack on top.
Take the entire pack of bacon and cut into 4 equal parts.
Skewer bacon pieces onto bamboo skewers by takin 1 piece, folding it in half and sliding onto skewer. Do the same with the next piece but slide it on in the opposite direction. Continue until you have 5 small pieces on each skewer.
Lay each prepared skewer on prepared pan.
Sprinkle the coffee grounds on each skewer.
Mix together the brown sugar and brewed coffee in a small bowl.
Using a basting brush, brush each slice of bacon with the glaze. Rotate and glaze the other side.
Bake for 25 minutes, turning skewers over half way through.
