Rich and Buttery Homemade Biscoff Ice Cream made with the Cookie Butter we all LOVE!

Biscoff Ice Cream

Adapted from Gimme Some Oven

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Biscoff spread
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 4 cups half & half
  • 2 cups heavy cream

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together Biscoff spread and sugar.

  2. Mix in salt and vanilla.

  3. Slowly add in half and half and heavy cream and mix until mixture is smooth.

  4. Refrigerate custard overnight.

  5. When ready to freeze, pour custard into ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturers instructions.

  6. Transfer to container and store in freezer.
