In this post, I’m going to show you a delightful Cranberry Christmaas Mocktail recipe that will be a total hit at any of your gatherings. This mocktail is not only has all the festive flavors but also looks very Christmas-y with its red color and green mint. Let’s dive into the steps to create this merry concoction, below!

Instructions:

STEP 1: Make your simple syrup by combining 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan over medium high heat and stirring until sugar is completely dissolved. Allow it to cool.

STEP 2: When ready to make the drink, start by place ice in a large shaker.

STEP 3: Add simple syrup, cranberry juice and lime juice. Shake to combine.

STEP 4: Divide mint leaves and sugar between 2 glasses and muddle to bruise leaves and grind sugar.

STEP 5: Add ice to the glass. Pour the mocktail mixture over the ice.

STEP 6: Top off the glass with club soda.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water

Mocktail

  • 6 oz simple syrup
  • 6 oz cranberry juice
  • 1 oz lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 16 mint leaves
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 cups ice
  • 2 oz club soda
