Recipe Instructions:

STEP 1: Spray or butter a 9×9 inch pan and place plastic wrap in the pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. This makes it easy to take the marshmallows out.
STEP 2: Add 1/2 cup water to the bowl of a stand mixer. Sprinkle the 3 packets of gelatin over water and let stand.
STEP 3: Combine sugar, 1/4 cup water, salt and corn syrup in a saucepan and cook over medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cook until mixture reaches 238 degrees on a candy thermometer.

STEP 5: Move half of the mixture to a separate bowl. Add a couple drops of red food coloring to one and a couple drops of blue to the other. Swirl mixtures lightly until the marbled effect appears and immediately pour into the prepared pans. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
