In the midst of this Halloween season when you kids are being stuffed with all the reese’s pumpkins, starbursts, whoppers and candy corn they can handle, how about a little healthy snack that you won’t feel so guilty about.
Also, this granola will have your home smelling like fall heaven. You could eat on this for weeks with yogurt or package it as little baggies to pass out at your Halloween Party.

Recipe:
STEP 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
STEP 2: In a large bowl, mix together oats, almonds and pumpkin seeds.Glass Mixing Bowl
STEP 3: In a medium bowl, mix pumpkin puree, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, ginger, nutmeg and cloves together.
STEP 4: Pour the pumpkin mixture over the oat/nut mixture and stir until well blended and oats are completely coated.
STEP 5: Spread oats out onto your prepared pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes.
STEP 6: Toss cranberries into baked granola. Let cool completely.

Pumpkin Granola
Ingredients
- 3 cups old-fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup sliced almonds chopped
- 3/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup coconut oil melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- pinch cloves
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
