Tomorrow is National Wing Day which is just another fun day to celebrate. I’ll look for any reason to celebrate with food and try to make a party out of it! One consistent craving I have had throughout my pregnancies has been chicken wings! Not sure why, but I crave them in the reg. I’m always of fan of them anyway! Maybe, it’s how little they are and fun to eat which makes them the perfect party food! OR, maybe it’s the endless possibilities of flavors you can create. I have a lot of great wing recipes on my blog already like these amazing Korean Baked Wings or these Sweet Orange Chili Wings AND even Sesame Cauliflower Wings. I LOVE making wings for parties and cookouts because they are super easy to do. You also don’t have to deep fry them to get that amazing crispy outside. The recipe I am sharing with you today combines the ultimate summer time fruit with spicy chipotle pepper to make a fantastic baked wing that’s perfect for entertaining outdoors as we get in our last cookouts before we head into fall!
