Confession: I did not want an Instant Pot. I thought it was an unnecessary kitchen appliance I didn’t have space for and didn’t need. How we, I still got one for Christmas last year and I am here to say….I WAS SO WRONG! I truly love my Instant Pot. Not only does it cook things quickly, but it make whatever is being cooked in there SUPER flavorful. I have made pork butts in an hour and cooked beans in 30 minutes. This is a kitchen appliance worth getting.
I recently tried a different kind of recipe in it and they were freaking delish. We are in full on holiday mode now, with thanksgiving and Christmas right around the corner. There are many parties and events coming up that these Pumpkin Spice Candied Walnuts would be a great addition to. Add them to a cheeseboard or put them in cute baggies or a tin and give them as a gifts. And it only takes a total of about 40 minutes
