Valentine’s Day is 2 weeks away and we are going to celebrate BIG this year. After 2020, I am not taking any holiday or special occasion for granted and I WILL be making a big deal out of all the special days. Life is too short to not celebrate! I’ll be bringing you fun Valentine’s Day content for the next couple of weeks and we are starting out with a treat that’s “da bomb” I can never get enough of Valentine’s Day puns! Hot Chocolate Bombs took over 2020 and it doesn’t look like they are going anywhere. Most stores have already sold out of the Valentine version of this delicious treat. I happen to pick up the heart bomb from Target in early January, but I am pretty sure they are hard to find already. So, what better thing to do when you can’t track down this beloved item, MAKE YOUR OWN! I tried my hand a the classic by making theses Salted Caramel Hot Cocoa Bombs back in January and they turned out so good, I knew I could do it again.  This time I used a pink candy melt with a strawberry flavor and added some themed sprinkles in the mix because….festive.
