I know most people are halfway through putting up their Christmas decorations now that Halloween is over, but FALL is still upon us. We still have Thanksgiving coming up in a few weeks and I am still embracing all the pumpkins and cinnamon and pretty leaves. We will move onto snowflakes and reindeer next month. We are still in the season of fall brunches and holidays centered solely around food. It’s the time of year I want ALL the comfort foods. And because I am REAL southern, Biscuits are at the top of my comfort food list. Mix your favorite southern staple with the flavors of a fall and you get these delish and flaky fall Pumpkin Biscuits that should be on every table this month.
