I love food (or drink) gifts at Christmas. Anything you take time to make yourself feels extra special. Whether you fill a Christmas cookie tin with your favorite cookies, l like these Dark Chocolate Candy Cane Cookies or with Gingerbread Fudge or even put together a fun drink mix or cookie dough…it just feels sweet to receive something somebody chose to make with love and care. On Day 8 of 12 Days of Christmas, I am showing you another fun gift option anyone can make themselves. We have all seen those Hot Chocolate Sticks you can buy in the store. They are great to pick up when you don’t have much time and look really cute in a gift basket paired with a Christmas mug or other goodies. But, if you want to go the extra mile, you can actually make these yourself! They are so easy and quick and you can control the type of chocolate you use and what toppings you may want to add. You can wrap them in a clear bag with some pretty ribbon or just put them out on a platter at a Christmas party or Hot Chocolate Bar. Either way, these will be a big hit!
