Tis’ the season to sip on a cup of steaming hot chocolate. I always feel like hot chocolate is one of those decadent pleasures I always want to drink around the holidays…a special little treat to make the holiday season even more special. There are some AMAZING store bought versions out there. Williams-Sonoma Salted Caramel are seriously good. BUT, if you want to go the extra mile, here is a recipe that is so easy to put together, but truly is the best way to drink the indulgent drink. Mix it with the classic holiday flavor of candy canes and this is the perfect drink to sip on while sitting by a fire and watching your favorite Christmas movie. It would also be great to make and put into a big drink dispenser for your hot chocolate bar!

Chocolate // Candy Canes // Glass Measuring Cup
Recipe:
STEP 1: Heat milk in a saucepan until just before boiling.
STEP 2: Add chocolate and crushed candy canes and whisk until combined.
STEP 3: Immediately pour into mugs and top with marshmallows or whipped cream and candy canes.

Ingredients
- 4 cups whole milk
- 3 ounces of chocolate
- 10 mini candy canes
Instructions
1. Pour milk into a saucepan and heat to just before boiling.
2. Add chocolate and candy canes and whisk until smooth.
3. Pour into mugs and enjoy.
