Sometimes you just gotta go with the classics. Because I make a lot of cupcakes for kids birthday parties these days, I do find myself keeping things simple for the kiddos, especially when a super cute 3 year old specifically requests them. If you are looking for a simple Chocolate Cupcake recipe, this is a super moist and great tasting one. And sometimes the classic is just what I need when I want to indulge on all things chocolate! It’s also a great base to build into other unique flavors.
