It’s getting hot out there. With temps here in Nashville heading into the 80’s and 90’s, I am well aware summer is coming! The saving grace of this whole quarantine situation we were in was the ability to go outside with our kiddos. It was a MUST do everyday while being cooped up in our houses for weeks on end. The official 1st day of summer is next weekend, so I thought I would compile a list of my favorite (and pretty) outdoor toys I have found that will keep the kids away from the TV and outdoors playing this summer.
See below for the best and cutest backyard toys to keep your kids outside this summer!

I got my kids that cleaning set from Melissa & Doug a year or so ago and they love pretending to clean (they actually think they are for real cleaning). This is the outdoor version of the same concept. They will think it’s so fun to help “garden” or rake leaves. Might as well teach them early, right??!?

Sometimes you have to get back the classics. A simple jump rope can provide a ton of entertainment and excersice for your little ones. I remember practicing for hours on how to do all the fancy jump rope twists and jumps.
