It’s summer. It’s hot. I want ice cream ‘erryydayy’! Who’s with me. Summer makes me want fruity and light desserts like a key lime pie. So why not turn that into ice cream. This ice cream is tart, fresh and summer in a cup. The little bits of graham crackers swirled in REALLY make it. It also literally doesnt get easier. If you can dump ingredients together, you can make this.

Recipe:
STEP 1: Mix together milk, lime juice, heavy cream, salt and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl.Mixing Bowl
STEP 2: Refrigerate overnight or until chilled.
STEP 3: Churn ice cream in ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s instructions.Ice Cream Maker
STEP 4: Add 1/3 – 1/2 cup of crushed graham cracker crumbs at the end of your churning process.White Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 6-8 graham crackers crushed
Instructions

Mix together milk, lime juice, heavy cream, salt and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl.

Refrigerate overnight or until chilled.

Churn custard in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions.

Add 1/3 - 1/2 cup of crushed graham cracker crumbs at the end of the churning process.
