It’s October!! I love this time of year. Call me basic but I love all the cliché fall things. Pumpkins and Mums everywhere, all the pretty leaves, Halloween, then Thanksgiving all ushering us into my most favorite time, Christmas…more on that later. There is just a warm and fuzzy feeling I get when fall comes around reminding of going to high school football games, the Mississippi State Fair, carving pumpkins and trick or treating. There is just so much to love about it. I also love to fill my surroundings with all things fall. It looks like the craft store threw up pumpkins in my house. My craftsy, artsy side really comes out every year and I love to make new things to display. This year I wanted something specifically for Halloween, but still wanted something that fit in with my décor. I saw a more colorful version of these on Pinterest and knew just how I would make them to fit into my décor. I hope you love them too.

See below for instructions and what you need to recreate these super fun Halloween pumpkins.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Craft pumpkins (you can buy similar ones from Target here)
Spray Paint – I used Black and White, but you could do this in any color you desire
Thin tape – Click here to purchase what I used from Amazon
INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Spray paint your pumpkins whatever you want your web color to be. I wanted mine to be Black. You could just buy black pumpkins or keep them whatever color they are and skip this step all together.
Step 2: Start taping a spider web pattern. See below:
Step 3. Spray paint your pumpkin whatever color you want the rest of the pumpkin to be.
Step 4: Remove the tape.
Side note: I did go back and fill in some of the web with a sharpie where some of the spray paint bled through. Totally unnecessary, but I wanted a really clean look.
How easy is that and look how cute. Very Halloween-y (is that a word?) without being cheesy.
