I love stuff in my ice cream. I love toppings, but even better I love “mix ins”. I am always going to pick the ice cream at the ice cream shop that comes with something mixed in. Those yogurt shops when you pay by the ounce cost me a fortune because I put so many toppings on it.
This brings me to today’s Ice Cream Recipe: Butterfinger. Give me an ice cream with candy mixed in ALL DAY!
This ice cream is actually delicious on its own, but with little bits of Butterfinger candy mixed in, it is AMAZING!
