Heat peanut oil in a large pot, such as a Dutch Oven, to 350 degrees. You need to have at least 2" oil.
Prepare the icings and set aside: In one bowl, whisk together 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons whole milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla. In another bowl, whisk together 1 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa powder and 3 tablespoons milk.
Open a can of biscuits and place on a cutting board.
Using a small cooking cutter and cut out the center of each biscuits.
Gently lower 2-3 donuts or several of the holes into the oil and fry until golden brown. Flip and allow the other side to cook until golden brown. It will only take a few minutes.
Use a slotted spoon or spatula to life the donuts out of oil.
Place on a paper towel lined plate to drain and cool a little.
Once they have cooled a little, dip in the glaze of choice and decorate however you want.
