Recipe:
STEP 1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet by lining with foil and spraying with cooking spray.
STEP 2: Add baking mix, sausage, cheese, sweet potato puree, cinnamon & salt to a large bowl and mix well.
STEP 3: Roll sausage mixture into balls and place on your prepared baking sheet.
STEP 4: Bake sausage balls for 20 minutes.
STEP 5: Serve hot or at room temperature.
NOTE: These can be frozen after cooking and reheated in a 300 degree oven.

Sweet Potato & Chorizo Balls
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups baking mix
- 1 lb chorizo
- 8 ox sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup sweet potato puree
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet by lining with foil and spraying with cooking spray.
- Add baking mix, chorizo, cheese, sweet potato puree, cinnamon & salt in a large bowl and mix well.
- Roll sausage mixture into balls and place on your prepared baking sheet.
- Bake sausage balls for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot or room temperature.
