We are 4 days away from July 4th. They will be lots of cookouts, barbecues and festivities to attend. If you are like me, you may live in a town home with no yard or in a high rise in the city and don’t have a space to grill. Or maybe grilling intimidates you, like it does me.
This recipe for Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs is the perfect solution to enjoy this holiday weekend. These were literally falling off the bone and sticking them under the broiler for a little but, gives them that caramelization I LOVE. They are seriously good and will be just as satisfying.
