National Hamburger Day: Fig & Brie Turkey Sliders

Sweet & Buttery Fig & Brie Turkey Sliders are perfect for a party crowd!

It’s National Hamburger Day!! We can’t just do a regular ol’ hamburger around here. I love a good fancy gourmet burger. Better yet, I love a fancy burger in slider form. Sliders are my favorite to make because they are perfect for a summertime party. When you have a party and want to serve heavy hors’ devours, sliders are perfect for that.

When it comes to the flavor of this burger, I love fig and brie together. I took my love of the popular brie bite appetizers and turned it into a delicious combination for a turkey burger. The butteriness of the brie, mixed with the sweetness of the fig jam and topped with the peppery arugula, make these sliders just oh, so good!
