St. Patrick’s day is Wednesday and I, for one, look for any reason to celebrate anything. It’s time to get our your green clothes and cook up some corned beef, soda bread and stewed cabbage (or maybe not that last one…not a fan). These Mint flavored White Chocolate Pops are the perfect fun dessert to celebrate the day of the Irish. Not only are they delish, but they look beautiful too with the fun marbling technique you have seen from me before (i.e. Marbled Heart Pops and Marbled Oreos). Use the signature green food coloring and make these EASY, fun and festive Shamrock Pops.
See below for step x step instructions (with pictures) and scroll to the bottom for the printable recipe!

Candy Melts // Green Food Coloring // Shamrock Mold
Recipe:
STEP 1: Melt candy melts according to package directions.
STEP 2: Drip about 3 drops of food coloring into melted chocolate and lightly run a spoon through it to “marble” it.
