It’s looking like Halloween is going to join the rest of things that will be weird in 2020. But no worries! I am here to help you still enjoy all the holidays we have coming up as much as we possibly can. I personally think, more than any other year, we need to celebrate any way we can. Let’s be honest. This year has been crappy. But if it has taught us anything, it’s that we need to savor all the special moments we can and get back to basics. Today’s simple DIY project involving flipping sequined skull patches can bring some fun to the family, all while making something really cute to bless others with.
Since, most people aren’t going to be opening their doors for all the neighborhood kids this year, we are looking for some alternative fun. Some will be throwing a party with close friends and family. Some will be leaving bowls of candy out at the end of their driveway. Either way, these Sequined Skull Candy Bags can be used in each scenario. They would be perfect party favors for a party or a perfect way to package candy to leave on your porch or driveway for kids to pick up and enjoy. They also take literally 5-10 minutes to put together.
See below for step x step instructions (with pictures) how to create chic and cool Sequined Skull Halloween Candy bags.

Drawstring Bags // Iron-On Patches // Iron
Supplies:
White Bags
Iron or Fabric Glue
Sequined Patches
Instructions:
STEP 1: Place your skull patch on the center of the treat bag.
STEP 2: Place a piece of parchment paper over the patch. This helps protect the sequins from burning.
STEP 3: Hold the iron on top of the skull patch for about 15-20 seconds. Allow patch to cool.
STEP 4: Fill bags with candy.
I almost felt silly typing out these instructions because they are THAT easy.
