- 1 pkg bocconcini
- 1/3 lb sliced prosciutto
- 1-2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped basil
- 2 tablespoons chopped mint
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- salt & pepper, to taste

STEP 1: Mix together the cantaloupe, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt & pepper in a mixing bowl.
STEP 2: Transfer cantaloupe mixture to a serving platter.
