MEATLESS MONDAY: Country Fried Cauliflower

Turn your favorite deep south staple into a meatless meal and make this Country Fried Cauliflower!

It’s a Meatless Monday and Deep South Staple Mash-Up! I grew up eating Country Fried Steak…I love it and crave it from time to time. It’s one of my favorite things to get at Cracker Barrel. But, in an effort to be healthier, I don’t eat it too often. But switching out the steak with one of my favorite veggies makes this fried goodness slightly healthier! Cauliflower is hearty enough to lend itself to being cut like a steak, so it is the perfect way to make this Deep South Staple a meatless meal.
