Literally weeks before Covid-19 took over our lives, we were able to throw the sweetest 4th birthday party for our sweet girl. I threw out a couple of options with her, to see what kind of party she would want to have and it was narrowed down to 2 – DIY Art party or Ballerina Party. She firmly decided on a Ballerina party because what 4 year old little girl doesn’t like to twirl. None. The answer is none.
Many dance studios offer their space and services for birthday parties on the weekends, so it is just a matter of finding the right one for you. Most will provide all the services needed with party ware, instructor and even cake. It was tempting to take all the stress of a party off and have one do this. BUT, i am me and that just simply doesn’t work. As soon and my girl decided she wanted to dance her way into her 4th birthday, I immediately started thinking of ALL the fun ballerina themed party ideas I could execute. I found a sweet little studio who rented the space and provided the instructor, but everything else I could bring in myself which was perfect for her special day. See below for all the fun details and get ideas for when we can have parties again.
If you have a kid in this age group, I strongly recommend this as a party option. It was literally the cutest things to see all her friends dressed up in their best tutus performing the sweetest little dance to her favorite songs.
Party Details:
Since this party was focused on the ballerina lesson, the food table and kids tables were my areas of focus for decorations. I decided on a Rose Gold & White theme. It mixes the metallic elements I love with a pinker hue my girl loves. I was going for a modern but pretty and sweet look. I designed a few images to cut out and add to the vessels used on the tables. You can download them below, as well as get links to all the products below:
