Continuing in my series of After-School Snacks, I am bringing you a new recipe that the kids will devour and get plenty of healthy nutrients! I love dried fruit as it typically brings out the sweetness and Apple chips are one of those things I could eat a whole bag of. I love the sweetness and texture you get from baking them at a really low temp for a really long time. They are truly the perfect healthy after-school snack or even great road trip treat. I have even made them for a baby shower.
See below how to make this super versatile and addictive snack that everyone will love. Double the recipe as these will be gone quickly.
