Y’all know I LOVE a good charcuterie cheeseboard. With so many fun ways to put them together to match a theme, like 4th of July, or just a great way to clean out your pantry for a snack theme night (ya know, when you don’t feel like cooking and the kids think it’s special – that mom hack is free). In honor of National S’mores Day, I am showing you how to make the ultimate S’mores Charcuterie Board. It literally couldn’t be easier to throw together and makes S’mores time extra special. This is great now AND for heading into fall with all the bonfires that will be happening.

Instructions:
STEP 1: Start with the crackers. I used regular graham crackers, cinnamon graham crackers and chocolate graham crackers. Not only is it good for variety, but also provided different colors for your board.
STEP 2: Add your ramekins of spreads. This is not traditional to the classic S’more….but trust me….adding peanut butter, cookie butter or almond butter to your graham cracker before adding that gooey marshmallow will make such an amazing addition to your sweet treat.
STEP 3: Add the chocolate. I used the classic Hershey Bar and Cookies & Cream Bar. I also added my latest favorite chocolate to use – a Reese’s cup. I had a friend give me this idea last fall and I WILL NOT LOOK BACK. It’s so good. Ghirardelli squares would also be a fun addition to the chocolate on the board.
STEP 4: Add the star of the show: MARSHMALLOWS! I used the square ones made for S’mores and the chocolate stuffed ones for this particular board. I have been know to make homemade marshmallows which I would totally add for an elevated board. These Espresso Marshmallows would taste especially good or even these Sprinkled Marshmallows for a festive take.
STEP 5: Fill in with fun extras. You don’t want to get too crazy here and remember, you need things that are pretty flat to fit nicely between those graham crackers. I added sliced strawberries, because….yum…and some flat pretzels.
Just that simply, you can throw together this super cute board to elevate your outdoor entertaining!
