I love fall. I love pop-tarts. I love fall-inspired pop-tarts. So, here is a way to make really easy, homemade maple pumpkin pop-tarts! I’ve had a few homemade pop-tarts at some local coffee shops and love them. I knew I could make them myself and save a couple of dollars. This recipe utilizes pre-made pie dough which makes them super easy to make, but they still seem impressive, so you can fool all your friends with this one, folks. You could also do any flavor your heart would want to come up with. My husband is now begging me to make strawberry ones.
