It is Party Season! I am always being asked about recipes of quick and easy appetizers to bring to a party. I LOVE a well curated Cheeseboard for those who don’t have time, nor desire to cook something. I have one at EVERY party I throw. If you are looking for something along those lines, but don’t want to spend the time and money on a huge cheeseboard, make a Brie. When it comes to cheese, Brie is like the fancy queen of it all. This buttery French cheese is creamy and rich and just delicious. Below is a recipe for Brie that is all dressed up for Christmas. The figs and pistachios provide the sweet & salty bite that pairs so well with brie and looks beautiful on a marble board.

RECIPE:
STEP 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
STEP 2: Place brie on pan and bake for 5-7 minutes. You want it to get creamy and not so much that it oozes out of the rind.
STEP 3: While brie is warming, add pistachios, dried figs and honey in a small pan.
STEP 4: Cook mixture over low heat for about 2 minutes.
STEP 5: Spoon nut mixture over warm brie and serve warm.
